Aussie World - Fun's our thing

Experience one of Australia’s favourite Theme Parks! With so many thrilling rides and attractions on offer, Aussie World on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast is a FUN day out for the entire family. If you’re looking for thrills and excitement then you will find it all right here! There are rides that will get you soaked, make you green and dizzy, there are simulators and slides, bumps and coasters! For the kids or the big kids at heart, they offer fun for all ages.

 

Cruise into the FUN Café for snacks, lunch, an ice cream or drink and don’t forget to grab an awesome souvenir show bag from the FUN Gift Shop.

Hire a boat, kayak or SUP

Hire a boat from one of the many vendors on Gympie Terrace and explore Noosa’s marvelous waterways. Operate the boat yourself or a skipper is available on request, subject to availability. The largest boat in the fleet can take 15 persons. Enquire for more prices and boat sizes. Kayaks and SUP’s are available for hire at our resort.

Learn to sail

Learn to sail in Noosa River. This is a hands-on informal group lesson aimed at showing the basics of sailcontrol, wind direction/angle of sail, boat handling, and rigging while enjoying the confidence building of being on the water. There is a maximum of 3 participants and 1 instructor onboard. Please note, this is weather permitting.

Learn to surf

World’s Best Surf Lesson. Guaranteed to stand first lesson!! Classes are specifically designed to teach you at your own pace in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere to build self-confidence. Private surf lessons available, one-on-one and point break surfing (when possible). 1, 3 and 5 day Certificate courses are available. Each person will receive a certificate to proudly show their friends and family. Children’s courses also available. 
 

Horse riding

Award winning horse riding tours. Beginners to advanced riders can experience the exhilaration of horse riding on the beach on Noosa’s North Shore. Horse riding on the beach at Noosa North Shore, by a company owned & operated by Australian triple Olympian Alex Watson. The Australian Stock Horses are matched to each rider’s level of experience. Absolute beginners are welcomed! The 2 Hour Private Beach Tour is perfect for guests who wish to be in their own company with extra personal attention, instruction or that special occasion such as romantic moments or anniversaries. These tours are available at various times between 8.00 am and 3.00 pm.

Noosa Fishing & Crab Adventures

‘Jay-Lea’ is custom built to give a maximum of 10 persons ample space and comfort to explore the vast reaches of calm waters on the Noosa River. The boat has got a casting platform and toilet facilities, as well as a full length shaded canopy and all weather jackets. No need for bait, tackle, rods, reels or ice – all supplied! Take the hassle out of fishing and put yourself in the hands of the experts (20 years experience). Half day tours, choose either morning of afternoon. Lunch with rolls, muffins, biscuits and drinks. Afterwards, go back to your apartment and barbecue your fresh fish on your deck overlooking the water. Heaven!

Fraser Island

Australia Zoo

A fantastic wildlife adventure! Australia Zoo offers a full day of wildlife action and adventure, where you can check out amazing wildlife set on over 70 acres of natural Australian bush land. Hand feed an elephant and cuddle a koala.
